Mr. Butsaev, the Head of the Russian Environmental Operator, visited the new complex for solid municipal waste recycling in Tula Region.
On October 12, by the order of Aleksey Dyumin, the Governor, Sergey Egorov, his Deputy, carried out the meeting with Denis Butsaev, the General Director of the Russian Environmental Operator, PLC (REO). It took place on the territory of the solid municipal waste recycling complex under construction in Tula.
As a part of the meeting, Sergey Egorov and Denis Butsaev inspected the material recovery facility(MRF), non-contact polymer cleavage and hydroseparation shops. The facility is 85% ready. It is planned to finish construction before the end of the year. During the meeting, A.A. Panfilov, the General Director of GreenRTech LLC, reported on the construction schedule, and on the use of the advanced technologies in solid municipal waste disposal.
